WOD B:  AMRAP 12 Min.

Walking lunges, bear crawls, broad jumps, and sprints.  Post rounds and movements completed to comments.

    AMRAP: 3 + lunges, bear crawl, & broad jump

  8. Pushups (Negatives): 10/8/8
    400 m: 1:44
    AMRAP: 7+ (+=lunges and partial bear crawl)

  9. I forgot to post my push up count… full body push-ups 10/7/6

  10. Pushups: 10/8/8 on small box step
    400 m: 1:23
    AMRAP: 9+ (did not complete last sprint)
