WOD A: Max effort 400m run *Post time to comments
WOD B: AMRAP 12 Min.
Walking lunges, bear crawls, broad jumps, and sprints. Post rounds and movements completed to comments.
B: 10 + lunges + bear crawl
Saw some great effort out there this a.m. Anyone in the evening class think they can beat 12 rounds on the AMRAP??

Pushups: 13/7 & 3 neg/10 neg
AMRAP: 3 + lunges, bear crawl, & broad jump
Pushups (Negatives): 10/8/8
400 m: 1:44
AMRAP: 7+ (+=lunges and partial bear crawl)
I forgot to post my push up count… full body push-ups 10/7/6
Pushups: 10/8/8 on small box step
400 m: 1:23
AMRAP: 9+ (did not complete last sprint)
