August Benchmark, Take 2

Today we are re-testing the first workout of the month.  Check to see your time and rep scheme from before and get after it!  It’s amazing what a difference a month can make; looking forward to seeing you all crush this workout!

August Benchmark:
400 m run
5 rounds:
10 pushups
10 lunges (5R/5L)
10 leg raises
400m run

  1. I did 3 rounds – same as the beginning of the month. But this time I did 10 full body push ups each round instead of 5 full/5 knee. Final time 9:13.

  2. 5 rounds this time (up from 3) with knee push ups – 11:15?
