Skill Work: Double Under practice and introduction to the rings!

“30 Days of September”
Complete 30 of each of the following exercises, for time:
* Pullups
* Box jumps
* Bench dips
* Burpees
* Kettlebell swings
* Double unders (or 3x single unders)
* Toes to bar

  1. 9:45 for 20 reps each of ring pullups, tire step ups, dips, burpees, kettle bell swings with 20#, 60 single unders, and knees to chest/waist. I’ll go for the 30 reps next time.
