400m run
21 kettlebell swings
12 pullups

  2. 12:08 – 25# KB and scaled ring rows

  3. 15:15, 25 lb kettlebell, extremely scaled ring rows

  4. 15:29. 25lb kettlebell, scaled ring rows.

  5. 14:28 35lb kettlebell for 2 rounds, then 25lb. Assisted pullups for 1 round then ring rows for the final 2 rounds.
