October 7: Walk it Out

Skill: Handstands!  Practice kicking up into vertical and try to get a little comfy hanging out upside down.

Here’s a nice handstand tutorial.

3 rounds for time
30 overhead walking lunges
100 single unders

    13:39 with (2) 8 lb weights.

  3. 9:05 with 2 8 lb weights… and Becky, I just remembered that I have two 10 lb weights, so if we are doing something where you may need them just let me know and I will bring them.

  4. 8:30 or 8:18, can’t remember which. Two 10lb kettlebells.

  5. 9:03 with 10# db in each hand. Loved doing the handstands!
