  2. Awesome WOD! Lateral burpees are GRRrrrrEAT!

  3. 7:10 with 35# KB and pull-up negatives are looking good!

  4. 7:04 with 35lb KB (slight scaling, very pathetic lateral jumps)

  5. 8:55 with 35lb KB….. burpees are painful

  6. 5 pullups with rests in between.
    9:00. I think I had a 25# KB.
