November 4: Fight it Out

Skills: Wall balls!!

Fight it Out
You will do three 5-minute rounds, spending 1 minute at each station and moving immediately to the next.  After 5 minutes, you get a minute rest.  The goal is to get as many repetitions of each movement as possible; keep count!

3 rounds for max reps, 1 minute at each station:
* Wall Ball
* Situps
* Kettlebell Swings (52/35)
* Pushups (hands off the ground at the bottom!)
* Row for calories (sub kb sumo deadlift high pulls if no rower available)

  1. Max handstand time: 58 seconds
    Round 1: no idea!
    Round 2: 105. had to count reps on rowing. calorie counter wasn’t working. 35# kettle bell.
    Round 3: 105 again.
