Strength: 3×5 ring dips
If you have 5 full ring dips, add weight.
If you are still working to get full ring dips, do jumping negatives.
If rings are totally new to you, do jumping ring lock-outs/ring holds.

At 8 min mark – Tabata situps

All out 400m run, for time
Post total pushups, total situps, and 400m time to comments.
