November 16: Gettin’ cozy with that kettlebell

Skill work: Handstand pushups

10 rounds for time:
You will use one kb throughout for all the movements.  It should be as heavy as possible. [suggested weights of 70/52]
* 10 kb swings
* 10 kb deadlifts
* 10 goblet squats
Note: this workout will be scaled in weight and rounds if necessary.

  1. I think I did 17:29 for 7 rounds at 35 lbs.

  2. 17:37 for 7 rnds. 35# first 2 or 3, then 25#
