December 16: 12 Days of CoMo

In keeping with the holiday spirit, we are channeling “The 12 Days of Christmas.”  This workout goes as the song goes: 1…then 2, 1…all the way up to 12, 11, 10, etc.

12 Days of CoMo
1 Handstand Pushup
2 Kettlebell Cleans (1R/1L)
3 Pullups (sub ring rows)
4 Lateral Jumps (over KB, 2R/2L)
5 KB Swings
6 Walking Lunges (3R/3L)
7 Squats
8 Leg Raises
9 Pushups
10 Dips (on rings if you can!)
11 Push Presses (w/dumbbells)
12 Man Makers

We will be doing a modified version of the Renegade Man Makers shown below (everything except the press at the end):
