January 6: Back Squat

Strength: 3×5 back squat
This means you will do 3 sets of 5 reps using the same weight.  For those of you who established a 5RM in December, this should be lighter than that so that you can maintain good form and bar speed across all the sets.

12 minutes, as many rounds as possible:
5 dips (rings/bench, depending on where you are)
10 air squats

    18 rounds + 5 dips (finished the squats after the clock ran out)
