January 11: Deadlifts!

Strength
Deadlift 5-3-1-1-1
Start light and work up to a heavy single on the deadlift.  Think about where your 5Rm was in December in helping set a goal!

For Time
20-15-10-5 of:
Goblet Squats
Pushups
Box Jumps

Post weights used on goblet squats and time to complete workout to comments.

Homeworkz
Record your deadlift numbers!!  Blog ’em, put them in your computer, write them on a piece of paper you keep on you at all times.  Just start recording this stuff…

Oh yeah, and mobilize yourself:

    WOD 7:39 with scaled pushups

  3. 1 rep max deadlift – 172 lbs; WOD 8:07

  4. 1 rep max deadlift – 168 lbs
    can’t remember my WOD time. I think just under 9 minutes. I need to set an alarm on my calendar to remind me to post on here the day of the workout.
