Back Squat 3×5 (add 5-10# from last time)
Dumbbell Press – 3-3-3

Then, for time:
400 m run
50 pushups
50 situps
50 squats
400 m run

    60lbs over-head dumbbell press

    12:28 – sub 600m runs (half-way around the drill field)

    Did something to my knee so no squatting for me

    11:29, sub 25 pistols instead of 50 squats

  3. 20lb overhead dumbell. couldn’t quite get the 25lb up.

    11:47 (or maybe it was 57)

    • 75#…and it might have been 37 (definitely not 57)

      nice work! you’ll get the 25# db next time
