Pull-up ladder – 10 minutes
You will do 1 pull-up the first minute, 2 pull-ups the second minute, and so on until you get to the 10 minute mark. Substitute jumping or band assisted pull-ups if you do not yet have strict or kipping pull-ups. If you do not make it to 10 minutes on pull-ups, you will finish the 10 minutes with burpees as a pull-up sub! (let’s hear a yay, burpees!!)
4 rounds for time:
* 25 kettlebell swings (35/52)
* 15 burpees
Core closeout: 30 toes to bar (substitute knees to elbows if necessary)
