  1. One burpee shy of six. Honestly this was an off day. I felt like I had a midget around my waste the whole time.

    13 pu; 5 pu w/30# x2

    Met as Rx’d: 7 rounds + box jumps & push press – finished the eighth round. Bench before made the burpees slower than usual
