Warm up to the weight that you finished with here for your first set of 3. Add weight on next 2 sets as appropriate.
With a partner, complete 5 rounds each of:
-3 minutes, as many rounds as possible-
3 kb cleans each side (3R/3L)
-1 minute rest-
One person completes 3/6/9 while other partner holds a plank (switch plank positions as necessary throughout hold). Partners switch off after each round [of 3/6/9] within the 3 minutes.
