Double Unders (sub 3:1 single unders for DUs)
Sit Ups

  1. Pull ups: 1 unassisted/7 with band/9 with band
    Squats: 105#
    Annie: 12:45 (single unders)

  2. stayed at 135 # for back squat (feeling too tired that day to really push)
    11:04 (attempted doubles, did 25 then missed a bunch so switched to singles)
