Strength:
Establish a 1RM back squat
(compare to here to see how much progress you’ve made in 2 months!)

Workout
7 minutes, as many rounds as possible (AMRAP):
5 pushups
10 air squats

Post weights lifted and score on the AMRAP to comments.
