April 28: On the Minute

Strength:
5×5 back squat, add 5-10# from last week

Workout
5 rounds:
1 min KB swings
1 min rest
Your goal is to get 25 KB swings each minute.  Penalty for missed swings is 400m run or 500m row for each minute you don’t make 25 swings.

  1. 5 sets @ 85 lbs. no penalty on the kettle balls- 5sets of 25 completed.
