May 17: Beat the Streets Challenge

From Steve’s Club fundraising challenge:

As a team of 3, complete the following for time:

  • Run 400 meters (entire team)
  • 150 Box Jumps (24″/20″ box)
  • 75 Push Press (45#/25# dbs)
  • 75 Air Squats
  • 150 Steps Walking Lunge (45#/25# dbs)
  • Run 400 meters (entire team)

Everyone runs together, then only one athlete working on the exercises at a time.  Other athletes must take turns holding a 25# plate overhead.
