June 14: 16 minutes

Workout
You will move through the following  4 stations:
1) Burpees
2) Jumping lunges
3) Sit ups
4) Sandbag push press

At each station, you will complete 4 intervals of 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest.  At the end of the 4th minute, you will transition to the next station.   Continue until you have completed all 4 exercises, for a total of 16 rounds (minutes).
