    Como Workout (Wednesday)
    Max PushUps – Not sure where everyone finished. We modified it so as to vary the pushup stance (e.g. wide, staggered, narrow etc.) throughout one continuous set.

    Met Workout – probably ~60m, 120m, 300m
    Charles: 23:01
    Meg: 29:22
    Susan: 31:36
    Blake: 19:51

    Additional Workout (Thursday):
    3×5 Barbell Press
    Charles: 65#, 75#, 85# – Push Press set at 95#
    Meg: 55#, 50#, 50# – Push Press set at 55#
    Blake: 115#, 120#, 125# – Push Press set at 135#

    21 squat, 21 DB swing, 12 Pull Ups – x3
