CoMo Hiatus: Week 2


“Annie” + Squats
50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of:
– double unders (if you are still mastering the DU, halve the number of DUs per round – 25-20-15-10-5)
– situps
– squats
Skill Test
400m run, for time [note, this does not need to be done on the same day as the workout.  Plan for maximum rest and recovery to go all out on the 400m].

    5×3 Deadlift
    3×3 Handstand Push Up Negatives

    15 DB Swings
    12 Burpees
    9 Toes to Bar
    6 Pull Ups
    3 Rounds

  3. We did a weird modification on Hansen:

    Five rounds of:
    15 KB swings
    15 burpees
    15 jumping pullups
    15 situps

    time- 20:00
